We will only supply our boilers and products to carefully selected Gas Safe registered installers like you, our ATAG Selected Partners. Because you're our customer.
Protect your livelihood
If an ATAG Selected Partner merchandises our products, we will close their account. That way your margins are protected.
We will only offer you products that we passionately believe are 'best in class' or give you more 'added value'. It's in both our interests.
Promote your business
If you wish, and once agreed, we will give you extra ATAG product warranty and maintenance work in your area. It’s the way it should be.
Protect your customers
When you install our boilers we will work with you in communicating with your customers to protect and grow your servicing and maintenance work. They're your customers.
We will never share your data with any third party except (and only with your permission) for Gas Work Notification. And we'll pay that for you.
Help and training
For your convenience we will give you all the help and technical training you require, wherever you are and whenever you ask. Because your time is your money.
All of our staff are here to support you, to help protect and grow your business. We only deal with approved ATAG Selected Partners which means we only deal with Gas Safe Registered installers. We give industry leading back up service and first class support because every one of our ASP's is important to us. It's simple - we value your custom.
Your commitment to ATAG
As an ATAG account holder, you agree never to sell our products online under any conditions.
As an ATAG account holder, you agree never to sell our products on to anyone other than your direct customer.
As an ATAG account holder, you agree to install all ATAG boilers in line with Benchmark Guideline Standards.
As an ATAG account holder, you agree to register with us all boiler installation data, in order to validate the warranty.
As an ATAG account holder you agree to make payment strictly on current month of invoice plus 30 days. In the event of late payment your account may be suspended preventing any further orders from being placed. You also accept that legal fees and interest relating to late settlement will be paid by you. In the event that ATAG Heating Technology UK Ltd agree to enter into a payment plan, to clear any outstanding debt by instalments, then you agree to pay a 10% administration charge of the outstanding sum due at commencement of the payment plan agreement. Any late payment made under the payment plan agreement will render that agreement void, requiring immediate payment in full of any outstanding balance. All goods supplied remain the property of ATAG until all debts, including legal fees, interest and charges, have been paid in full.
